    • James gave an overview of the proposed budget
    • No objections to a 10 month budget to put it ahead of the AGM next year to save a new board from being rushed to make a new budget
    • James motions to accept the proposed budget, seconded by Scott and accepted unanimously

      • Jeff M has expressed interesting in hosting a mini figure painting workshop
      • If there is anything you would like to see when we are able again, please let us know.

      • Mena is interested in hosting a yarn dyeing workshop

        • working on quote for hardware for venting (Thanks James!)
        • Torban will be finished finals soon and will be able to put time into this project. If anyone is willing to help contact Torban.

    • New tool boards have been made. Please use them.

  • Open Floor
    • Scott was contacted by the Saskatoon Spinners and Weavers guild about needing space for their projects
      • How could we work with them to collaborate between the groups to benefit each other beyond just renting them space
      • Some form of an affiliate group agreement
      • Getting members and allocating a portion of the space to their activities
    • Taylor knows a guy that knows a lot of blacksmithing and is willing to get involved with Techworks
      • A similar affiliated situation as the weavers guild
      • If we can make sktw more attractive to blacksmiths there is a large source of new members
