- Expanding into front (Michelle's) area
- new budget item ~$1700 for rent/occupancy of front area
- negotiating Michelle to rent half of space for ~$850
- starting with 1 year lease
- Must be a clean and fairly quiet area. Ideas include:
- Studio
- Snacks
- Sitting area
- Electronics
- Clean table
- The opportunity cost is if we do not proceed on this now we potentially lose out on being able to expand in our current space
- Low risk for the 1 year. After the one year we may have more bargaining pull and have more members to be able to take over the entire front space
- Motion to add a line in the budget to cover the above expansion of ~$1700/month effective October 1, 2019 contingent on ongoing negotiations with the income of half the rent coming from Michelle.

- Going to install a camera in the office looking at the store
- Instructions are going to be put up in the store to make the process clearer, the camera does not take onus off the user to deal with transactions later. Please purchase items from the store before taking.
