    • Whiskey Barrel fundraiser - Ask Rylan
      • New member Kim owns a whiskey barrel business.
      • Member gets a free barrel to make a project.
      • Kim will auction off the project. Money goes back to TW.
      • Members get a second barrel or $100.
      • Auction date might be late January.

    • air distribution and vac piping - James Chamberlain is back and will be working on these improvements
    • OMIO - working again with minor issue - spindle speed is controlled directly on the VFD, for now
    • Space has been rearranged - may be a few more minor shuffles in the future as people use the space and we determine the best arrangement
    • Mill switch box closed and working
    • new orbital sander
    • fire extinguishers are being serviced (done)
    • Laser air valve on nozzle. Need training! Make sure to etch with air. Don't crimp the air line.
    • Soldering Iron was used to melt plastic. Tip won't melt solder anymore.
    • Rolling Table in Metal Room in progress.

  • working with new member for possible loan of equipment
    • Kim has offered:
      • Trip hammer
      • sandblasting apparatus (screw compressor) would be outdoors
      • powder coating oven (requires shed outside + power)
    • Drew brought a tile saw (for cutting stone, etc)
  • Drew made a single-line font example board. (on wall beside laser)
  • Drew made new height adjustment for our laser.
  • Nathan is renting the south-west corner of the front space.
  • Cabinet for example projects. (in soft space)
  • Rylan made laser-cut business cards.
  • Kit of electronic parts bought by Rylan.
  • Room upstairs for more shelves now that JMK has left.
