- Burgers and Board games - Friday August 13
- $10 for burgers, chip and pop at 6pm, games at 7pm

- Amy is hosting several workshops
- Maker Camp for ages 9-12 - Aug. 9-13, Aug, 23-27 - 12-4 pm/day
- Vinyl Cut, build and paint a sign - August 27 & 28 - 6-9 pm
- Rylan hosted a few workshops (welding, blacksmithing lathe)
- Concrete pad w/ log was installed to hold anvil
- Forge was left in the middle of yard for a few days

- New laser cutter - in slow progress
- laser engraving lens broken - parts order - most likely caused by over tightening the housing
- Housing for the lense stack was overtightened? adding some o-rings to prevent overtingtened. parts scheduled to arrive any day
- air distribution and vac piping - air distribution is almost complete, vac piping to occur later
- James Chamberlain working on it. About 90% complete. Cost+Scope increased a bit. Was going to get back with a price.
- belt sander - investigating repair/replacement
- Rylan was looking into this. May have purchased a replacement.
- OMIO - looking into replacement part
- Torban looking into it
- reminder - if you use a tool, put it back after you are done
- photon up and running - training required to use
- James looked into it, new FEP screen, Aluminum plate?
- Hadn't been cleaned properly, bed was gouged, suggest better training
- Fire extinguisher for laser cutter is expired
- Scott suggested it should be CO2 style, one there was some sort of slime and not ideal
- Weavers guild
- they are looking for permanent location so they can set up loom and hold workshops/meetings
- possible solution is offering the back quarter of the soft room
- need to approve a policy for affiliated clubs and adjust the keycard policy
- John read and explained the club policy

- No record of a motion and acceptance in records
- Added an amendment for affiliate club regarding the ability to revoke a keycard for said affiliate club
- Some concern with line 1. Removed “for any reason” from line

- Expressed interest in finding cheap cork underlayment from end of the roll
