- James gave an overview of the proposed budget
- No objections to a 10 month budget to put it ahead of the AGM next year to save a new board from being rushed to make a new budget
- James motions to accept the proposed budget, seconded by Scott and accepted unanimously

- Jeff M has expressed interesting in hosting a mini figure painting workshop

- Scott was contacted by the Saskatoon Spinners and Weavers guild about needing space for their projects
- How could we work with them to collaborate between the groups to benefit each other beyond just renting them space
- Some form of an affiliate group agreement
- Getting members and allocating a portion of the space to their activities
- Taylor knows a guy that knows a lot of blacksmithing and is willing to get involved with Techworks
- A similar affiliated situation as the weavers guild
- If we can make sktw more attractive to blacksmiths there is a large source of new members
