- Space lease expires this year
  - currently exploring options
  - considering expansion if it is possible
  - negotiations concerning staying and taking over Michelle's space
  - Consensus is we do not want to move, but still need to negotiate
  - Big perk we are pushing for in the new lease is add air conditioning to the space

Attendance: 8 (Technical quorum)
Motion to move previous minutes to next meeting
- seconded and accepted unanimously

Previous meeting minutes
- April 9, 2019
- Accepted unanimously as read
Purpose of this special meeting is to vote on paying Bun-Bun back for buying t-shirts with SKTechworks logo to sell at makerfaire and in our store (as discussed last week)
- Motion made, seconded and accepted unanimously
- Price for shirts at makerfaire will be: $20 for white, $25 for white 2XL/3XL, $25 for true navy, $30 for true navy 2XL/3XL
- Motion made to budget 10 shirts to give away to members who are helping with sktechworks booth or their own booth at makerfaire.
