Old Business
- Equipment
  - Belt sander timing belt broken - ordered
  - Air compressor fixed
  - OMIO - new collet nuts ordered
    - Torban cleaned up the threads and found an old nut, it is usable in the mean time as long as people remember to not over tighten the nut and keep it clean
  - new hot glue gun is here thanks to Torban
  - air filters now in place
    - use when soldering
    - looking into mounting large unit into ceiling as it is a bit loud when running
  - We have no good knives
    - Torban will source replacements
  - We have only one good measuring tape
- Goals for the coming year
  - Upstairs
    - More shelves available thanks to Scott
    - Location to store techworks stuff
    - Taping off areas
    - Label shelves
  - Videos
    - Torban investigating lighting and other hardware options
    - Couple members are trying out different software to decide which way we want to go
    - video editing class/workshop (TBA)
    - looking for assistance with techworks title/intro for official videos

  - Add guard to the back door to block external prying of the strike

New business
- Programmable controllable thermostat
  - $110
  - air conditioner has been set to a low temperature and then left (and high temperature in the winter)
  - prevent large cost that could be incurred from sated situation
- Improper tool use - causes damage to tools or poses safety risk to the space
  - Causes down time and additional cost to the space
  - if you see someone using tool improperly let them know
  - if you are uncomfortable approaching another member, email the board at thespace@sktechworks.ca
- Following the SK Government re-opening plan effective June 8th, sktechworks will also be reopening
  - Member limit in the space will increase from 6 to 15
  - Hack nights are back on, we will have a greeter to keep track of the number of people in the space
  - Hand sanitizer is available at the space
  - Workshops are available again, check the website for upcoming workshops
  - Phase 4.2 is when we can open up more and think about running a open house. Date TBD as of yet.

Open Floor
- Scott and Torban want to get a a bigger fridge with a freezer
  - Will need strict rules
  - Found one at Costco
- Creality 3D Printer needs a new home, maybe old electronics bench
  - Need documentation and training for the Creality and Photon S printers
