      • Belt sander timing belt broken again
        • reminder - let the belt sander do the work. pushing hard and bogging down the machine will only break it
      • Air compressor not compressing
        • currently investigating fix
      • Hot glue gun is broken, looking for a replacement
        • Someone stuck a popsicle stick in to get the last bit of glue out and left it in there while it cooled. Many attempts have been made to clean it up, it's not worth anymore effort.
      • Omio collet nut was put on without cleaning and buggered the threads, and likely over torqued it.
        • Scott has ordered new nuts, spindle threads might be able to be cleaned up
        • If not a new spindle is $280USD

          • Scott found a kit on aliexpress that has hoods, stands and bulbs for a good price. We're not ready for it yet but this is an affordable option

        • James is going to try out Adobe Elements. We can purchase a perpetual license through techsoup for $40
        • Can use OBS to share desktop for tutorial videos

      • $120 for fan and filter 3D printers
      • 2x $40 for soldering station filters
      • cans last about 6 months in a grow tent. Should last longer for us. $65 for replacement that we might be able to refresh ourselves
      • James motioned to budget $250 for the purchase of the above, seconded and accepted unanimously
    • Looking at purchasing paper towel dispensers for the bathrooms to be more hygienic
      • 2x dispensers for $23 each
      • box of 6 rolls is $74
