Incorporation papers have been filed and we have been incorporated
Treasurers report:
- subscriptions are up and running
- 12 automatic subscriptions so far
- 3 manual payers
- proceeds from mugs have been donated
- PayPal takes 4.4%
- Current Holdings $878.44 from subscriptions, mugs, donations
- Pledges $3500
- Total $4378.44
Incorporation:
- elect directors
- seven spots and seven people nominated so far
- new paying members Nathan Wiebe, Cameron Hurnard, Dan McGregor
- All members voted in favor
Bylaws:
- reviewing the bylaws
- discussing membership
- discussing board of directors
- Amendment to remove “and acceptance by the Corporate Registry of Saskatchewan” should be struck out
- Amendment to add to the definition of special general meeting ”'Special General Meeting' or 'SGM' means a Special General Meeting of TechWorks”
- Bylaws motioned, seconded and passed by all members
New Business:
- Paul is talking to the guy who runs the 220 about getting a space
- cheaper rent for tech help
