Regular Items

    - 27 full members, 3 associate
    - Running about $150 positive per month
  - Workshop Committee
    - Class requests?
      - Sheila requests a Solidworks class, Andrew says he will get to it
      - Plan something for October or run a previous workshop again
      - Sheila - digital sculpting! Detail TBD, possibly October
      - Sheila - casting in chocolate
      - Albert - casting/molding (multiple classes)
      - WELDING???
      - James - Electronics part deux
      - Lathe workshop?
- Kilobots 27 January/February
- Tools
  - CNC vacuum shoe - Al? Al? ALLLVINNNNN!!!
  - CNC resurfaced, thanks Al!
  - ShopSmith is here. Currently usable only as table saw, but soon to be other things. Training required!
  - Need chisels
- Cameras still need to be installed. Will wait until we move if we choose to move.
- associate membership - James will still make new membership procedure.
- Will add guidelines for member rates to the printer
- Need to update banking contacts - Kurtis, Jeremy, Paul, Andrew and new people need to be there.
New Business

  - $1300/mo
  - ~1100sf + shared lunchroom/bathroom
  - Motion to give the board permission to accept a lease on behalf of the membership: accepted unanimously.
  - Tim will look into transferring our insurance
  - They can accept mail on our behalf
  - Tentative move-in for December 1st
  - Will ask to be given access one week in advance
  - All structural changes need to be okayed; door access is already accepted
  - Al will ask about getting internet through them
- Need to purchase more filament
