• Old Business
  • Mitre saw replacement - we has mitre saw
  • fundraising for metal CNC mill
    • TW will pay for half, the rest needs to be fund raised
    • We are looking into fundraising opportunities at spectrum; what or what not are we allowed to do there
    • See previous minutes for details on the machine
    • Idea was suggested to have people donate stuff to TW that TW can then sell for profit
    • Idea was suggested to have a bbq for a nominal fee or have a steak night
      • In house BBQ would require a food safe qualified person and a permit from the city
    • black smith guild has members bring projects or items that can then be raffled off at the end of regular meetings
  • Topic of VPN was brought up again
    • Suggested to put it to bed, consensus was it doesn't hurt/cost anything to keep the idea floating for those that are interested
    • Suggested to expose spacefiles to the internet to bypass the need for VPN for that use case, was decided it was not worth the security risk.

  • Trainers for equipment
    • A list has been started with the members who are able to train on specific pieces of equipment
    • As it develops, information on the equipment will be captured of what knowledge is required for that equipment

  • Front door is not closing proper

    • We will try adjusting the closer, if that doesn't fix it will talk to the landlord
