- Linda will be moving out of this building at the beginning of April. Looking for a subleasor.
- Expect she will cutoff internet; we will have to pay for our own.
- Her lease extends until February 2017. She plans for us to continue our current sublease.
- Loraas bin isn't included in our lease payments. We currently pay half separately. May have to either share with the new subleasor or come up with our own solution. About 3 cans of garbage per week.
- Fume hood and large drill press may go too, since they are owned by PetroTag.
- Albert calling for a workshop in April.
- Albert brought up idea of workshops having to pay a fee to Techworks.
- Decided to leave it for later.
- Any events for non-members will currently be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Arden would like to see material storage in dirty room optimized. Is willing to rebuild it better. Albert says go ahead.
- Arden wanted to know about doing work on jobs for other companies. We said it's allowed, but TechWorks won't take on jobs directly; members may, as long as it doesn't interfere with members using the space.
- Vivian wanted to know about our mission statement and vision that we came up with at the Wilson Catalyst Centre. James read them over to the membership.
