- Belt sander timing belt broken - ordered
- Contacted a local company and was unable to find one to be able to get sooner
- Torban got a refund for the one that still hasn't shown up, found another one in Canada this time and is ordering two
- Air compressor fixed
- OMIO - working again - still waiting for extra collet nuts
- Mitre saw has no guard - looking into replacement
- Torban has brought his for the time being

- air conditioner has been set to a low temperature and then left for hours-days (same has happened in the winter with setting to a high temperature)
- prevent large cost that could be incurred from sated situation via a rest api that can be controlled via software
- James motioned to add the $110 to the budget, seconded by Andrew and passed unanimously
- We need a volunteer to install the thermostat

- James brought another monitor for the video box, Andrew will calibrate them in the near future

- New thermostat in the regular space
- Replace thermostat in front space so we can turn on the fan to keep air circulating up front
- Air filter mounting up in the suspended ceiling to try and cut down on the noise
- Reorganize grinder bench
- If you volunteer to Rylan, Rylan will find you
- bring back social gatherings (when we can)

- Rebuild solidoodle has everything figured out by James/Scott but needs time to be worked on

- new laser cutter - needs some work to get up and running
- Will be running the same controller and software as the existing later
- More details to be announced
- Some benches are going to be moved around, modified, rebuilt, thrown out to make better use of the space and room for the new laser

- MacDougall auctions has some auctions with some wood working from the public school division, coming up on the 28th
- Andrew purchased a camera for the back area was ~$235 and received $50 from John. If willing to help out please give money to Andrew.
- Virtual meetings
- Zoom has a cost which seems cheaper than competitors, $20/mo
- Jitsi has self host options which would be free, Andrew is going to look into
- Consensus is virtual meetings are beneficial and we want to keep it going
- Andrew has purchased a mic to be permanently mounted for this purpose, if it works well and the meetings keep going he would like sktechworks to buy it off him
