    • Channel is currently moderated and users need to be voiced to be able to chat

  • Pay for snack tab
    • Currently behind by $35, please pay your tab and don't let it get behind in the first place. Or we won't have snacks anymore!
  • Security
    • Couple years ago it was voted on to add security cameras around the space. Currently plan to have cameras at the front and back entrances outside as well as inside looking at the front and back doors.
    • Based on some recent thefts in the compound this plan is being put into effect soon.
    • Currently only the board will have access to the system and there will be no archival of footage beyond the storage capacity of the machine as is.
    • If you have any questions or concerns please bring them to the attention of the board.
    • The intent is not to monitor people while using the space, only to catch when things go missing/get stolen.
