- New business
- Last monthly virtual meeting
- Scott will not renew Zoom after this month. We need to find a free/self hosted solution.
- If you have any suggestions, send an email to thespace
- Shower floor/wall is leaking - make sure that shower drains when performing any plumbing activity. The drain has been backing up due to ongoing sewer issues.
- It was reported that someone has been flushing paper towel in the upstairs toilet despite signage indicating not to do so. Do not flush paper towel, it plugs the sewer.
- Plan to patch the area by cleaning up and redoing the silicone
- Ideas to fix the problem is rip out the shower wall and barrier and replace with a proper concrete barrier and some form of wash basin/mop sink.
- Open Floor
- People have been commenting on the poor condition of the downstairs bathroom. Members are looking into replacing the floor and give it a fresh paint.
- Taylor brought up doing surveys to capture why people leave Techworks or don't sign up in the first place.
- It was indicated we do already do this, however we do not capture the data
- Ultimately we are lacking a Marketing person. Taylor has volunteered to step up in this regard.
