- Financials update
  - ~$2800 in bank (after rent is paid)
  - 31 full members, 4 associate
- Reports on Committees
  - Workshop Committee
    - Class requests? PCB mfg, soldering, Solidworks, casting and molding, Arduino
      - Solidworks class, Andrew says he will get to it. Peetros also offered.
      - Albert - casting/molding (multiple classes)
      - T-shirt
      - Soap making
      - Robot Workshop - order end of June, build end of July
      - Bike Workshop postponed - forgot to notify membership, need to negotiate new date with Bike Doctor
      - Aim for end of month workshop. T-shirt and Soap making would both be readily doable. June 26th? Post and ask for confirmations.
- Tools
  - Need new blade for band saw
  - 3D printer back
    - Working
    - The temperature point is resetting for some reason
    - Have to watch when printing
- associate membership - will run with our current “mentorship” guidelines
- Should add some reference to the Wiki for tools like the CNC
New Business
- BBQ/open house in July
  - July 19th
  - Need a BBQ; Scott or Al will bring
  - Promotions? Facebook, blog, Reddit.
  - Brainstorm and plan exhibits for next meeting
- Calgary Makerfaire 2014
  - Al registered for Techworks booth and will go on our behalf
  - Call for projects and if anybody wants to accompany him
  - What would it take to do a Saskatoon Makerfaire?
- Volunteering at the Jazz festival
  - Bassment looking for volunteers to run canteen, June 23-29
  - Erik and James may be available for a shift or two
  - Al will contact them to get more details
- Stuff from ENTS
  - Received a donation from a business. Lots of extra equipment.
  - Please post on forum if you are interested.
- Can we add a bigger sign for Techworks?
  - Sure! Who wants to make it?
