        * Shaw bill was missed for a couple months, all paid now which makes up the higher than normal expenses

          * only go deeper by 1/4 turn per pass (1/64)
        * Only metal and soil free wood, metal (nails) and small pebbles will destroy the blade

    * printer toner may be causing issues with print quality
      * to get genuine toner cost $550+
      * local place is $330 and they give a guarantee
        * Motion to budget $370 for toner, pending further investigation into the printer to determine the toner is the cause, passed unanimously
    * looking into providing a space for other clubs/groups to host workshops
      * if you know of a group looking to do this direct them to the board at thespace@sktechworks.ca
    * Open Floor
      * Goliath was not cutting circles as circles. Scott investigated and found a coupler was completely loose. It is all good to go again. 
      * The laser was throwing water error consistently. Scott investigated and it was the controller losing connection to wifi and rebooting. Scott updated the code to wait for 5 consecutive fails before trying to reboot.
      * Someone was in here and struggling to get out. The door latch is catching again. If anyone knows a good locksmith to take a look please email thespace. 
      * The pot on the laser is now working!
