        * Torban is disputing it and has another tube coming on a seacan that he may be willing to sell to techworks
    * Expanding into front (Michelle's) area

        * build shelves with a cover

      * James needs help bringing the new table saw to the space. Contact him.
      * Taylor priced out a stick welder
        * $650 including a extension cord to run it out back
        * Revisit in the spring
      * If anyone has any ideas on a new tool for the space or have a tool they would like to donate, contact Taylor
        * ~10sq ft of space available
        * wood planer has been suggested
