    * Acknowledgements
      * All members who have been cleaning up - the space has been looking great
      * Torban for picking up the sinks

  * Old Business
    * Mitre saw replacement - we has mitre saw
    * fundraising for metal CNC mill
      * TW will pay for half, the rest needs to be fund raised
      * We are looking into fundraising opportunities at spectrum; what or what not are we allowed to do there
      * See previous minutes for details on the machine
      * Idea was suggested to have people donate stuff to TW that TW can then sell for profit
      * Idea was suggested to have a bbq for a nominal fee or have a steak night
        * In house BBQ would require a food safe qualified person and a permit from the city
      * black smith guild has members bring projects or items that can then be raffled off at the end of regular meetings
    * Topic of VPN was brought up again
      * Suggested to put it to bed, consensus was it doesn't hurt/cost anything to keep the idea floating for those that are interested
      * Suggested to expose spacefiles to the internet to bypass the need for VPN for that use case, was decided it was not worth the security risk. 

  * New business
    * Trainers for equipment
      * A list has been started with the members who are able to train on specific pieces of equipment
      * As it develops, information on the equipment will be captured of what knowledge is required for that equipment
      * If you are interested in being on this list of available trainers and contribute to this project please email thespace

        * Needs further discussion/decision
    * Open Floor
    * Front door is not closing proper
      * Reminder to not prop the door open
      * We will try adjusting the closer, if that doesn't fix it will talk to the landlord
      * Need to make a sign to not prop the door open
    * Taylor has opened the floor for help with the equipment labeling/asset management project he is working on. Please contact him for more info.
