      * Extending front lease to line up with the back lease (20 month term)
      * Michelle renting 1/4 of front space, Expanding the soft space!
        * Some ideas have been floated, moving all 3d printing and soldering to that spot
        * Lack of outlets again
      * Review and vote on new lease offer
        * Slight discount from landlord
          * motion to accept lease contingent on paying extra electricity cost from AC outright
          * passed unanimously 
    * Covid Changes
      * Tuesday nights - wear mask as we become public space
      * Biktrix donated some masks
      * Write entry in log book or swipe in every time (For exposure tracking)

      * Chad's friend has large format plotter/scanner - offer to donate
        * the friend offered to fix minor repairs
