  * Treasure's report:
    * lost 1 member, gained 3; believe we are now at 22
    * Jordan voted in as full member
    * Don't have exact numbers right now
    * No acknowledgement from ISC on submitting our financials
    * kab0b two months overdue
  * Door security:
    * Giving up on RSPro
    * Will just hook it up to the desktop for managing keys
    * Not removing kab0b from door list yet
  * Only 1 person made it to the bike workshop
  * James still working on class curriculum
  * Al suggested holding a project class on making quadcopters
  * Pledges for new tools:
    * One pledge of $500 for a laser cutter so far
    * Suggesting doing a kickstarter-like pledge drive
  * Status of wiki:
    * Old one now offline; DNS is updated, but still need to change link on main page
  * SKTW computer:
    * Online and working
    * Could use a new monitor
    * Solido agreed to donate a computer for upgrading our CNC; haven't grabbed it yet
    * Iron Works can give us some 19" LCDs from surplus
  * Sign making:
    * Ryan says Paul told Curtis he is too busy to do it
  * T-shirts:
    * Bergo talked to Steve after last meeting
    * Bergo said, Paul said he would handle it, but has been too busy
    * Bergo will talk to Steve and organize
    * Paul came and said he thought Bergo was taking care of it
  * Maker faire / Open house:
    * Two months until suggested date
    * Al will lead project, Bergo and Kaldonis will help
  * Lease expiring:
    * We will renew
    * Paul will talk to Curtis and take care of it
    * Don't see any clause ensuring our current rate; will check with Curtis
  * New business:
    * New members:
      * Board has voted in Mike, John, and Jordan are now full members
      * We will get Lisa's fob and give to Mike
      * Paul will order one for John
    * Commercial general liability insurance:
      * Paperwork for renewal is coming to Ryan's address
      * Still needs to be paid. Expecting that Ryan will receive an invoice
      * Current insurance expires we think in October
    * Paul has been looking into a grant from the Kinsmen club:
      * Can request a grant towards education
