====== Board of Directors =====

Once elected, the board will assume the following positions, as they see fit. The positions of President, Treasurer and Secretary must be filled before directors can be appointed vice president or directors at large:
  * Chairman
  * Vice Chairman (if greater than 3 directors)
  * Treasurer
  * Secretary
  * Directors at large
