 +        * John spoke to how well protospace has everything documented and everyone knows what to do and would like to see Techworks get to that level

 +        * A mentor would be someone who is willing to help new members get used to Techworks, let them into the space, help with projects and show how to use the equipment

 +        * Al added there is a fair amount of responsibility expected as a member but if the mentor is unavailable and of the active members can be contacted. 
 +      * Kurtis had an idea for a wall with people but it has already been started

 +        * Scott with talking to protospace has a cleaning service that comes in and clean the not obvious areas to be cleaned as well as the bathrooms
 +        * Al proposes that we hire Rachel (as a cleaning service) to clean the space (she already has been and there has been positive feedback on the space being unusually clean)
 +        * This does not absolve anyone from cleaning up after themselves
 +        * Al motioned to vote on having a cleaning service, seconded by James and accepted unanimously by the membership in attendance.
