- treasurer's report - $1238 in bank, $600 coming in, $900 going out. $300 shortfall means 4 months left.
- accepting donations to make up shortfall (none received)
- JRans added as signatory. Needs to coordinate transfer of duties with Bergo (cheques, receipt book, account books)

- Website status
- Transfer domain name; backup forum, wiki, website - Jeremy Rans
- Paul has attempted contacting Adam. Will look into what it takes to transfer domain.
- Ryan to put bylaws and stuff on google docs, port other google docs,
- Paul is backing up Wordpress. Use our dropbox for automation? (ask JRans about dropbox)
- Guppy's server is ours, software has been set up (JRans), just waiting for domain. Will list as sponsor.
- Membership Drive
- Leah has signified Siast. Can do 5 posters every 2 weeks.
- Paul will bring many posters tomorrow. Some for Leah, some for downtown (Paul, Lisa, James, Kyle will go Thursday), some for HobbyWorld, OTV, and B&E (Kurtis will take these)
- Open House - Jan 17th
- Bridges came for interviews and pictures. Should be in next issue. ask Charles for preview.
- Press Release - finish after meeting - not-for-profit, accepting donations
- Event space booked. Doorman- winging it. Paul's wireless doorbell? If not, Leah.
- Coldcuts from Paul. Albert will bring plates, napkins, chips, pretzels. James will bring pop. Pop will sell for $1, keep rest in fridge.
- Tim will talk to IEEE guy. Paul will post to S'toon reddit. Twitter and Facebook?
- Get TwoTwenty to advertise (retweet, ect) - Kurtis
- Paul will make template for displays - name, material, tools used, for sale
- how early can Al get into the den? - Kurtis will email

- Hold sponsor inventory for sale
- Hobbyworld (smooth-on, glues, plastics, woods, aluminum, hardware), leave SKTW bcards at checkout
- FingerTech (motors, servos, etc).
- Kyle can bring Fastenal (LEDs, resistors, fasteners, etc) - needs list of what we want
- Get t-shirts made, sell for $20, cost $10-12 (Paul will head up)
- Dust collector - Albert will pick up P.Auto one after confirming with Ryan. Albert has Paul's $200.
- Ryan will still look at renting out CNC time
- Monday meetings from now on.
- Saw blade - safety! Always check teeth before use.
- SKTW computer for IRC (flash something when receive message), Solidworks, MeshCAM, etc. Paul's mobo, James will build.
- All projects should be documented when taken from the space (post your pics in the forum, use sktechworks flicker acct). Hopefully we can get weekly website posts to show we're alive.
- Tim taking couch, Al will haul tomorrow.
