Meeting minutes: April 12, 2016

- Financials update
- ~$3500 in bank, before rent paid (~$2000 after)
- 5 associate members, 29 full members
- Began reviewing financials. Some small adjustments still to make. Will review again next month.

- Got a bunch of hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment from some surplus from the University of Saskatchewan.
- Peter built a stand for the table saw. (Yay! Thanks Peter!)
- New business
- Review proposal for charging fees for workshops to benefit Techworks
- Not prepared yet. Will revisit next meeting. If no proposal then, will strike from the agenda.
- Must review and vote on financials at this next meeting.
- Financials not yet ready and not enough members present for quorum. Will revisit at next meeting.
