Meeting called to order at 1930h with 4 members on site, 2 members on Zoom. Technical Quorum

- Whiskey Barrel fundraiser - Ask Rylan
- New member Kim owns a whiskey barrel business.
- Member gets a free barrel to make a project.
- Kim will auction off the project. Money goes back to TW.
- Members get a second barrel or $100.
- Auction date might be late January.

- air distribution and vac piping - James Chamberlain is back and will be working on these improvements
- OMIO - working again with minor issue - spindle speed is controlled directly on the VFD, for now
- Space has been rearranged - may be a few more minor shuffles in the future as people use the space and we determine the best arrangement
- Mill switch box closed and working
- new orbital sander
- fire extinguishers are being serviced (done)
- Laser air valve on nozzle. Need training! Make sure to etch with air. Don't crimp the air line.
- Soldering Iron was used to melt plastic. Tip won't melt solder anymore.
- Table in Metal Room in progress.
