Regular Items
- Treasurer's report
  - $2500 in bank, including half of this month's memberships
  - Owe $1600 to landlords
  - Have $400 in keyfobs from 220
  - Damage deposit still at 220 is $850
  - Currently have 20 members, 1 associate
  - A few people are chipping in extra to help with expenses
  - Still below break-even. Need a few more donations.
  - Need ~24-25 to break-even
- Move-out prep
  - Doing a pre-walkthrough to ensure there are no problems before moving out
  - Will bring wood corral over
  - Everyone should check the space and remove their stuff. Anything left by Oct 28th will be disposed.
- Reports on Committees
  - Door security
    - Trying to determine new door security plan for new place, since mechanism has changed.
    - Options: mag lock, other?
    - Cost: est. $100
    - Need a UPS (Bergo will bring one)
    - Bergo has already ordered 20 RFID fobs and 20 RFID cards
    - Tim checking with local carriers for RFID equipment
    - Bergo has last remaining key to old space
  - Workshop Committee
    - Classes
      - Electronics class (James): Not available until after October
      - PCB fabrication class (Al): Postponed until Oct 21st.
      - Home-buying class (Paul): 6 members expressed interest. Scheduled for Oct 16th.
- New tool pledges
- T-shirts
  - BERGO?!?: Rans will take over for Bergo.
New business
- New tools
  - Al brought in a laser cutter. He will provide laser cutting time. Members get discount. Process being determined.
  - Bergo bringing in a welder, donated by Mechanical Solutions Inc. Classes to be held by a journeyman welder.
  - Several table saws offered. Deciding which to accept.
- Internet: Cheapest high-speed. Jason will talk to CPC Networks (100Mbit wireless). Tim will talk to Vecima (backhaul to Arts tower – free).
- Tables and chairs: How many or what do we want to keep?
  - Jordan has a 4×8' plywood table available. Would like approx 4×10' table. Bergo will look into table options and purchase as needed.
  - Rolling chairs are good for meeting room. Would like tall chairs for shop. James may have two stools to offer.
  - Bergo will sell any left-over items.
- Bergo has a microwave stand available.
