  - Received $500 donation from SaskPower
  - Also some money owing from Remai for workshops
  - Rylan also owes us $1700 for memberships unpaid
  - 32 full members, 4 associate members
- Reports on committees
  - Tools
    - reimburse Peter for bandsaw blade
    - reimburse Lauren for fixing router for CNC
    - contingency fund
    - upgrade cnc machine
    - upgrade replicator
      - About $100 CAD for nozzle, gear, and tensioner
      - Membership agrees on doing it
      - Consider it maintenance
New business
- Empty the trash when the bins are full
- No more material to be kept by the laser cutter
  - It should be labeled and kept in the bay
- Spectrum 2016
  - January 14-17
  - James to ask about parking passes for exhibitors
  - Contributors: James, Scott, John, Peter, JS
  - James to establish a schedule
- Open House
  - Perhaps an open house a bit after Spectrum so people who are interested can follow up
  - Need some literature/business cards for it
- Results of strategy session with Catalyst
