  * Attendance: 8 (Technical quorum)
  * Motion to move previous minutes to next meeting
    * seconded and accepted unanimously

  * Previous meeting minutes
    * April 9, 2019
    * Accepted unanimously as read
  * Purpose of this special meeting is to vote on paying Bun-Bun back for buying t-shirts with SKTechworks logo to sell at makerfaire and in our store (as discussed last week)
    * Motion made, seconded and accepted unanimously
    * Price for shirts at makerfaire will be: $20 for white, $25 for white 2XL/3XL, $25 for true navy, $30 for true navy 2XL/3XL
    * Motion made to budget 10 shirts to give away to members who are helping with sktechworks booth or their own booth at makerfaire.

    * No objections to Scott serving burgers/hotdogs
