        * Report on previous workshops (which were successful, which weren't, what we could have done better)
          * Good turnout for free workshops
          * Lots of new people came out to see them
          * Al felt PCB workshop could have been better, but was happy with how the casting and molding went
          * Would like more hands-on, but is difficult for some topics (like 3D printing)
          * Example: could have had lots of molds ready so that each person could do a cast
          * Probably can't go much bigger than 10 people. Could maybe split into two groups; one in clean room, one in shop.
          * Better prep and organization
        * Reminder about upcoming workshops (soap making, basic electronics)
        * Class requests?
          * Welding workshop: can ask Dennis; Andrew also knows somebody.
    * Membership
      * 3 associates, 24 full members as of today
    * Facebook advertising update
      * Ads didn't run for 2 weeks because of payment issue, but fixed. Spent $13 this month. Got 17 clicks and 39 conversions.         
    * MoSo conference (anything new?)
      * Still waiting to hear back from them
      * Al volunteered to man it
      * Can get two passes

    * Tools: new bandsaw, CNC vacuum shoe
      * Ryan told Al to build CNC vacuum shoe
      * We have our new bandsaw. Working well enough. Other bandsaw has a metal blade.

    * space security & the value of the associate membership
      * James will put together a procedure for how to do new signups so that we're prepared when people ask to sign up
    * 3d printing rates (member rate & public rate)
      * $20 setup + $5/hr for commission
      * Members by donation
    * Fundraising
      * Raffle? Need an event and something to raffle
      * Voucher for laser / 3D printing / CNC mill time?
      * Make a quad? Everybody likes the idea. We should order it.
      * What are we raising money for? A bigger space? A plasma cutter? Setup for PCB manufacturing? Shop reno? Metal multitool (shear, break, and roller).
    * Need to make sure we have active members with access to IT accounts
    * Need to update banking contacts
